Donatoni Jet 625 CNC - 5 Axis Bridge Saw
JET 625 CNC allows to obtain products with extremely precise dimensions and high output due to the sliding of the axes X and Y that occur on recirculating linear bearing guides and racks with hardened and ground teeth, both with centralized grease lubrication. Brushless motors and high precision gearboxes are used for all axes drive. The “Tools” version can use diamond tools such as: milling wheels, drill cores, horizontal blade.

The Move System is an innovative system of vacuum cups for handling cut to sizes pieces. Its use reduces downtime and increases productivity while minimizing material waste.
This machine has the ability to use the vacuum, tools and blade all at the same time. There are 6 independent suction areas for maximum control and pieces as small as 4cm wide can be lifted.
This Move System is optimized when integrated with the Photoslab and Parametrix softwares, allowing the automatic detection of slab measurements and handling, through its system of suction cups, minimizing operator intervention.
MONTRESOR Vela - Vertical Edge Polisher
The new vertical edge polisher Vela 7.2 is designed for a mirror polish on straight edges of granite, engineered stone, ceramics and marble from 10 to 60 mm of thickness, with the use of 7 oscillating frontal units.
The frontal unit for mirror polishing are able to act even in case of light cutting defects, or edges slightly out of square.
The innovative system with double conveyor belt guarantees a perfect adherence for work pieces with a width from 45 mm and short sides from 80 mm.
Very sturdy steel structure, totally worked with machine tool, sandblasted before giving a galvanizing epoxy-based undercoat and two layers of undercoat and paint.
